Stephanie Foerster is an action-oriented, strategic thinker with over twenty years in the non-profit and communications sectors. Her expertise includes strategic communications, documentary filmmaking, and storytelling for nonprofits. Her company Ensemble Media works to empower change-making nonprofits through strategic storytelling tools. Clients include the Chicago Community Trust, Heartland Alliance and the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. Stephanie has a Master’s in International Development from the Institute of Development Studies at Sussex University, and a BA in French and Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has worked in over twenty countries and across the U.S. to support environment, education, health and social development projects. Stephanie is also the board Chair for the Uptown, Chicago chamber of commerce. She is fluent in French and speaks rudimentary Wolof, a Senegalese language.
